Need a Speaker?
I offer relaxed, engaging talks that bring warmth, humor, and real conversations to topics like well-being, positive psychology, mindset, and menopause in the workplace. My sessions blend storytelling with research-backed ideas, creating space for people to think differently, connect with their own experiences, and take away insights that feel relevant and practical for them.
Whether you need a speaker for a well-being event, a leadership retreat, or a workplace session on menopause, I can tailor something that fits your audience and your goals. Let’s chat about how we can bring something fresh and engaging to your event.
Looking for something engaging, meaningful, and different to offer at your next event? These creative workshops are designed to add depth, reflection, and interaction—whether as part of a conference, leadership retreat, corporate wellness initiative, or special gathering.
Each session offers a hands-on, thought-provoking experience that invites participants to pause, reflect, and explore ideas in a fresh and creative way. No artistic skills are required—just an open mind and a willingness to engage. Below are a few examples of the workshops I offer—let’s explore how we can make them work for your event.
1.
In the rush of daily life, we often lose touch with what truly matters to us. This session invites participants to take a creative pause—a chance to explore their values, strengths, and aspirations through guided collage-making.
Using an adaptation of the Collage Coaching Technique™, this interactive session allows attendees to visually express their inner thoughts and identity. No prior artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to engage. By the end of the workshop, each participant will have a unique, personal artwork that serves as a reminder of their authentic self and what truly matters.
This is a great fit for well-being events, women’s leadership programs, or team-building sessions where reflection and self-awareness are key themes.
2.
When we feel stuck—whether in our work, creativity, or decision-making—the answer isn’t always in thinking harder. Sometimes, we need to approach things differently. This workshop is designed to unlock fresh thinking and problem-solving by tapping into the power of playfulness and hands-on creativity.
Using tactile materials (such as LEGO), participants will explore their challenges in a visual and interactive way, experimenting with new ways of looking at problems. The session encourages curiosity, risk-taking, and stepping away from rigid thought patterns.
This is an ideal workshop for conferences, innovation sessions, or leadership retreats where creative problem-solving and fresh perspectives are needed.
3.
Life’s transitions, whether personal or professional, can feel overwhelming, but they also bring opportunities for growth and renewal. This creative session offers a guided space for self-reflection, helping participants explore where they are now and what might be next.
Using collage and expressive mark-making, attendees will visually map out their aspirations, emotions, and vision for the future. The session blends structured activities with open-ended exploration, encouraging participants to engage deeply with their own narratives.
This workshop suits career development events, wellbeing programs, menopause or women’s retreats, or personal growth spaces – anywhere people are reflecting on change and their next steps.
Results I have helped create
my very best – I needed professional coaching.
Sara Beattie provided this to me on an ongoing basis and the results I gained were immensely valuable in ensuring I delivered beyond expectations on behalf of the UN and its wide array of stakeholders but also ensured I was effective, collaborative, and provided clear vision for my immediate team of 1,200 plus staff, over 15,000 subcontractors, and delegations from over 200 countries.
These coaching sessions proved so valuable that we ended up commissioning Sara Beattie Coaching to provide coaching services for key members of my leadership team as a well as my functional leadership cohort.
The feedback for this hugely in-demand service was consistently positive and recognised as delivering great personal and professional outcomes for all those involved.
Without hesitation or reservation, Sara comes highly recommend for any other high-performing organisation or individual seeking impactful and progressive workforce outcomes through professional high care factor coaching
