Lego isn’t always about the bricks!

In the end, it wasn’t about the bricks.
It was about the hinge. The possibility for movement and change where I hadn’t seen it before.
That was all I needed to unlock a thinking block I’d been stuck behind for a while.

And it came from one simple question.
“Which brick is speaking to you right now?”
Asked so gently, so powerfully, by the wonderful Alvin.

There’s something about great training that’s both energising and inspiring. That’s exactly what we experienced over three joyous, thought-provoking sessions of Hands-On Coaching training with Paul Sanbar.

With a globally spread group of coaches and LEGO® Serious Play® facilitators, we each had our own aha moments, bursts of joy, and meaningful insight into how we can better support the people we work with.

I’ve always used LEGO and other objects in my coaching. But these focused sessions helped me formalise and deepen that part of my practice.

Working with bricks frees up the mind.
There’s no need to find the perfect word or construct a polished narrative.
You just build. And in the building, things begin to unfold.

Would you like to try letting your hands do the thinking?I’m offering a handful of low-key sessions to test and refine this work – and you’re warmly invited.

And finally, a massive thank you to Paul Sanbar and all the brilliant fellow builders who made these sessions such a rich and generous space to learn.

Send me a message if you’re curious. Let’s explore what might shift for you too.
