Coaching is a forward-focused, action-oriented dialogue that helps you explore possibilities and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Unlike therapy or counseling, which often focus on healing past wounds or emotional challenges, coaching is about moving forward with confidence. Mentoring, on the other hand, involves learning from someone with more experience in a specific field.
In coaching, I don’t provide all the answers—I help you discover them for yourself and channel them towards your goals.
Every session is tailored to you. We’ll explore where you are now, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way. Often clients come with a particular outcome in mind but we pivot along the way as other ideas are uncovered. Expect a mix of deep reflection, polite challenge, practical strategies, and a touch of creative thinking—if you’re open to it!
Positive Psychology is the science of what helps people thrive—focusing on strengths, resilience, and practical ways to improve well-being. It’s not about forcing positivity, ignoring challenges, or always feeling happy. Instead, it’s about building the mindset, strategies, and inner resources that help people navigate life’s transitions with more clarity, confidence, and flexibility.
This approach underpins all my work, whether I’m coaching individuals, facilitating group programs, or working with organizations.
For individuals – Whether you’re navigating menopause, midlife shifts, or personal growth, we’ll use Positive Psychology to help you adapt, reconnect with yourself, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
For teams and organizations – I integrate Positive Psychology principles into workshops, leadership development, and well-being initiatives to help create more engaged, resilient, and adaptable workplaces—without relying on surface-level solutions.
For group programs – Meeting Menopause and other group offerings blend science-backed insights with real-world conversations, helping participants find what works for them in a supportive, interactive space.
At its core, my work is about helping people and organizations move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected to feeling more equipped, engaged, and in charge of their next steps.
Creative coaching just means using hands-on, visual, and imaginative techniques to spark insights and explore challenges in a way that goes beyond talking. After many years as a teacher, I’ve seen firsthand that people express themselves and learn in different ways. That’s why it feels natural to offer an approach that meets people where they are, helping them unlock new ways of thinking.
Certified as a LEGO Serious Play practitioner, I like to use tools like LEGO®, collage, or even whatever’s on your desk to unlock new ways of thinking. These methods “let your hands do the thinking,” tapping into deeper layers of thought, emotion, and the subconscious.
If you’re struggling to gather your thoughts—for whatever reason—creative approaches like these help bypass mental blocks. Many women find that working with imagery and objects brings surprising insights they wouldn’t have uncovered through conversation alone. It’s a playful yet profound way to make sense of challenges and take inspired action.
A vision board is one type of collage, and great at helping set goals. The way I use collage in coaching is much deeper. I am certified in the Collage Coaching Technique®. It’s not just about creating a pretty picture of your goals; it’s about uncovering what’s beneath the surface, helping you see patterns, emotions, and ideas that might not come up in a regular conversation. It’s a way to access your intuition and gain clarity in unexpected ways.
Not at all! While I offer creative approaches like LEGO or collage, they’re just some of the tools available. Coaching is always tailored to your preferences, so if you’re more comfortable with a traditional conversation-based approach, that’s absolutely fine. It’s all about incremental change at your pace.
It depends on what feels right for you! Some women feel empowered and encouraged in a group, knowing they’re not alone and gaining insights from shared experiences. Others feel more supported in a 1:1 setting, where they can process things privately and focus fully on their own needs. Both approaches have their strengths, and that’s why I offer both—so you can choose the one that suits you best (or a mix of both!).
If you’re unsure, we can talk through the best option in a free discovery call. Some women start with 1:1 and later join a group once they feel more comfortable.
Yes!
While I specialize in coaching women navigating menopause and midlife transitions, my coaching is for any woman who is noticing changes, feels stuck, wants to reconnect with herself, or is ready to take charge of her next chapter—whether that’s career focussed, personal growth, or simply rediscovering what brings her joy.
Most of my clients are women, particularly those navigating midlife and menopause.
But I also coach men—some want to better understand the women in their lives, while others are looking for their own space to process change, explore what’s next, or think differently about challenges.
Whether you’re navigating midlife, career shifts, or personal growth, coaching gives you the space to reflect and gain fresh perspectives. Some of my male clients are drawn to creative coaching methods like LEGO® Serious Play® or collage, finding them surprisingly powerful for problem-solving and self-reflection.
Menopause Allies
Menopause affects partners, families, and workplaces. Many men want to be supportive but aren’t sure how. Coaching can help you:
Beyond individual coaching, I collaborate with schools and organizations to create more supportive environments—whether that’s helping employees understand menopause, guiding leadership teams in fostering well-being, or supporting individuals through professional and personal transitions.
It’s simple! You can reach out online, and we’ll find a time that works for you. I offer a free discovery call so we can explore whether coaching is the right fit for you.
I work with clients all over the world, and online coaching makes it easy to connect no matter where you are. We can meet in person if you happen to be in Dubai.
Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss in a session stays between us. It’s important to me that you feel safe to be open and honest without judgment.
Yes, but they’re closely connected.
Menopause is officially defined as the moment when a woman has gone one full year without a period. It’s a single point in time, but because hormonal changes don’t stop there, people often use menopause to describe the entire transition.
Perimenopause is the lead-up to menopause, and it can last several years. This is when hormonal fluctuations—particularly estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone—cause symptoms like brain fog, hot flushes, disrupted sleep, anxiety, and low energy.
Many people use menopause as a catch-all term because the transition doesn’t happen overnight. Even after that official one-year mark, symptoms can continue for months or even years, as hormones settle into new levels. Understanding the whole transition, rather than just the medical definition of menopause, is key to navigating it well.
